The way you know the train event was a total false flag is that at the time Q followers believed the Navy hospital ships were full of children rescued from the underground tunnels the DS sex trafficking network used to hold/move them. A Q follower would not have wanted to hurt these sexually abused children so why would he want to crash a train into the ship where the kids were being rescued and treated medically? Yeah, it doesn't fit the Q way.
