I'll be here all night looking stuff up for you and I an't be arsed, but, basically fauci started that myth years ago.

You can harbour hiv for years until you do something else that drops your immune system and then hiv can go to town on you.

Alright then, the vaxx doesn't cause heart problems or blood clots. Qtards started that myth when the vaxx was released last year. You can be fully vaxxed and boosted and have zero problems but some other thing can trigger heart issues and blood clots which the vaxx will then exacerbate the problems from your compromised health. I'm not going to spend a lot of my time sourcing this claim for you, but you should totally take my claim as proof outright.
