THIS IS COMPLETE BS because NONE of it addresses individual rights, and we all know who's making the decisions locally and nationally - it will be a process as rigged as our elections. The World Council for Health - the group encouraging our misled comment participation - is a civil-society organization - get that? Civil Society. That equates with Open Society - and this damn "comment" thing is just like they do with everything else - They skip right over the more important question of whether the treaty should be allowed in the first place and move ahead to getting us to concede more of our rights to them under the auspices of "having our say" in the treaty parameters.
