Many of us have asked this question early on, as we witnessed LE allowing people to enter and what appeared to be tours of the Capitol. If LE invited them in how could they claim and charge trespassing ? Because we also noted when the people were told to leave they made every effort to leave, but reflect back who made it hard for them to leave ?
