He's a nutball (among other things) The ATF has no ability to regulate gun parts (kits) ie- springs, pins, and other misc. parts with serial numbers. He needs to look up the ATF's definition of a "gun" If it doesn't meet that definition then the ATF has no jurisdiction. I could go on there are so many things wrong with this The lawyers for the NRA will rip this to shreds In the mean time, it is gonna be BIG money for the firearms industry as people panic buy every single last item in stock
