I'm not in PA, but I know this same thing is being promoted by NGOs through churches. They also promote voting.

This kind of thing happens in Philly ALL THE TIME. It's called "walking around money" and the local pols use it with church leaders and ward leaders. It's a pretty well known get-out-the-vote practice.
I think this is less prevalent in Pittsburgh, and does not typically happen in the Pennsyltucky portions of the state.

I have not heard a word about vaccinations from my church, but it is not a mainline denomination. It would not surprise me, one local well-known denomination has a transgender pastor. After raising a family and leading the congregation for many years, surprise!!
Someone start up a NGO, we can all join, and then talk 'person to person' to all our family, friends and workmates on an ongoing basis, to receive the $10 per person and then we can produce anti-jab material , stickers , t shirts , hats, mugs to give to each of them.
Can confirm. This is just one non profit. https://www.uwp.org/programs/live-grant/
Don't attend regular. Haven't heard it pushed, but pastor and wife at church I left were vaxed
