They're too possible reasons for all the staffers exiting. Number one they do not want to be on staff when kamala is President because they know she'll be an absolute terror and likely to criminally involve them in all kinds of terrible things. Or number two they already are involved in so many criminal things and they see cover-ups and other things that are getting ready to happen which will be even more criminal involvement and they are scattering like the wind to try to minimize their own criminal liability. or it could be both
