So he's admitted to making copies of 'objectionable and possibly illegal material' ?? and knowingly distributed said material to individuals that were not Law Enforcement ?/. Dude is just digging himself a bigger and bigger hole each time he opens his mouth.
Fool should have just washed his hands of it all and dumped it on the dark web after someone broke into his home and stole the copies, last summer.
Seriously , he's actually admitting to be in possession of 'objectionable and possibly illegal material' and keeps reminding everyone he made copies of these (most likely) illegal to have images that he seemingly has in his possession and has been distributing copies to the media ?/. What the hell is this guy doing , except painting a target on his face. I really don't get it. Why is he playing this drip feed game - rather than a mass dump.
If he is a licensed and certified Digital Forensics Investigator with any ties to a law enforcement entity whatsoever he is immune to prosecution.
Including openly disseminating said material to media/ public and non-law enforcement organisations ?/. Dunno man, sounds ripe for getting oneself hemmed up. It sounds like he's only the front or spokesman bc of his work as an investigative journalist, for a small group (4 or 5 individuals with the actual forensic capabilities) that he's been raising funds from the public so they/ he can continue to 'examine the laptop/ hard drive.
Yeah, it's definitely a slippery slope. I doubt the public will ever see the illegal images, I just hope the proper uncorrupted authorities see them. If that even exists.
