You do realize that she is holding the GOP speaker in contempt for not participating in a witch hunt led by a far left group? I'm not saying Vos is in the right here... no one should be able to ignore subpoenas, but this ruling is not a win for us. After the 2020 election Vos ordered an investigation into the election. He is being sued by the very people who are being investigated and the judge is siding with the people under investigation. This is not how criminal justice is EVER supposed to work. You can not sue law enforcement for investigating you and you certainly should not be able to subpoena the records of the investigation before it is over and before any charges have been filed.
