(5) Except as otherwise prohibited by state or federal law, the Office of Child Care may share information with: (a) Other public entities when the office determines that sharing the information would support the health or safety of children in child care; and (b) Within the Early Learning Division for purposes of: (A) Developing a long-range plan for serving children and families, as provided by ORS 329.165; (B) Administering preschool programs, as provided by ORS 329.170 to 329.200; and (C) Implementing policies and practices related to early childhood professional develop- ment systems, as provided by ORS 329.219.

Spot on Brother, the "Health of the Child" part. CRT is being taught under the guise of "Mental Health"This forces that as well as GENDER identification to be taught..
