Wouldn't surprise me, the financial advisor Luke Gromen (everyone should follow him, he's on twatter and there's some good youtube videos) suggests that some in the Pentagon are concerned about the national security threat of buying things, especially military equipment, from China, whom we are heavily indebted to. "National security threat" and this faction says manufacturing jobs need to come back to America (and entire industrial base).
