Agree Put simply It was assault It is indeed a crime. And clearly captured on camera. I believe the local DA (in seeing this video evidence) could initiate charges regardless of if the victim wants to (in theory of course, not that they would/will) I wonder what the reacts would be if it was a white man that walked up and did the slapping, lol?
