Always the plan, keep Biden in to fuck everything up, and then bring someone else in who'se just as bad but slightly less worst than Biden. People sigh in relief, without realizing that the new person is just like the old person (See Reddit with Pao and Trump vs Biden)

Much easier to remove him due to a "stroke" and have him doped up on meds for the rest of his life. No need for the complications of the 25th amendment.
