If it was drugs, and if it was cocaine, I don't imagine that is a good combination with a vaxxed heart. As a drummer myself, I know the stamina it takes to make it through a high energy show. You have to be in excellent shape to make it through. Just the same as professional athletes dropping due heart complications due to the vax.
