I will tell you about those masks, your lungs can heal back to ALMOST clean, if not completely clean . yes this takes time (up to several years) . and some will succumb to asbestosis .. the "shallow breathers" (People who breath shallow and not deep )

ok as much as i would ike to shit on mask usage but that 80% study had fucking 22 people in it. that is not a decent study once so ever and the fact it made the news shows how little the average person cares about quality science
