Umm, yeah. So I found something weird. I was going to grab the WH live cam to drop as proof of the Biden photo of him leaving for Europe being staged. I go to this cam daily and have since Trump was in office because there are big difference between this "administration" and others.
Anyway, that is just a brief preface to say I am very familiar with this webcam.

Then I click on this one https://www.earthtv.com/en/webcam/washington-white-house/editors-pick just so I have a reference point.
It's the Editors Pick. LOOK at this photo. You have the Washington Monument in back left of BOTH. Front right corner of both you have the top of St John's Episcopal Church. You have Lafayette Square in-between both. Now look at the Editors Pick. It is from January 1, 2021 WHAT IS THAT BUILDING in-between the WH and Lafayette Square? LIKE SERIOUSLY. WHAT is that? It looks like a parking garage. You can clearly see the rectangle of grass leasing up to the base of the statue and touching that looks like a freaking parking garage. Which doesn't exist.
WTF is that building?
POdPatriot suggested a reverse image search. Nothing that matched came up.
It's gotta be for this https://www.straitstimes.com/world/united-states/biden-to-replace-inaugural-parade-with-short-walk-to-white-house but why leave it up so long.
