As I understand it (read it yesterday and I can't find the article right off the bat), right now it's 11 to 11 in committee so it can go to the floor without a recommendation - then the floor vote only needs to be 51 including harris as a tie-breaker. Who knows what the RINOs will do. You just can't depend on any republican to do anything.
Filibusters are not allowed for SCOTUS nominations - so rather than 60 votes (essentially for cloture), it's only 50+1 for approval. The republicans, several nominations ago did the nuclear option and did away with the SCOTUS Filubster

Yes it is 50+1 on the floor, but I seem to remember that some sort of procedural vote is required to go to the floor if "she" is not voted approvingly out of committee, and that requires 60. My intel may be off.

The democrats could have easily changed the rules and no one would ever know for sure. They have been changing everything. I will say, that this candidate is the worse to have been nominated. In the hearings, she has just been digging herself deeper and deeper. The first rule of holes is to stop digging. The second rule of holes is to refer to the first rule. Apparently she is unable to understand the rules of holes.
