Yes, Ukraine is getting wrecked. You really do not want NATO getting involved here, as that would be the end of everything.
Well, the Russian hypersonic missiles run at 3K mph (~Mach 4). Mach 10 is 7,672 mph. There is a slight difference there in velocity. When you get up to and well beyond Mach 20, then things get rather interesting. You really don't need a weapon at those velocities. Newton's second law, F=ma works quite well in turning matter into pure plasma.

As I agreed, Ukraine is getting wrecked - however, Russia has a boatload of problems of their own. Everyone is getting wrecked and it's not pretty. No one is walking away from this cluster f*ck smelling like a rose.
