It is possible that this "peptide" is a necessary part of the immune response to cancer and when the body runs out of it the immune system can't fight cancer. But I am still skeptical.
What are the side effects of taking it? Is it an injection? Can it be used as a supplement? What independent research is there on this?
Why is the video 50 years old? Is there no one involved in this who has a cell phone or tik tok account?
Found on waybackmachine, a corner of the internet when the internet was not fucked, somebody provided the ingredients
phenylacetyl glutamine 20% phenylalanine 80%

Safety
Antineoplastons are likely safe when used orally and appropriately. A safe oral dosage of Antineoplaston A10 is 8-10 grams per day for up to 20 days. Antineoplaston AS2-1 may be used orally and intravenously, safely, in doses of 12 grams per day for up to 20 days. Infused antineoplaston A10 may be safe in doses of up to 20 grams per day for up to 7 days, while infused antineoplaston AS2-1 may be safe when taken in doses up to 10 grams/day for up to 7 days.
It is unsafe for pregnant and breastfeeding women to use Antineoplastons orally or intravenously at high doses and in longer durations. Due to the lack of safety of Antineoplastons on pregnant and breastfeeding women, it’s best to avoid. Children may take antineoplastons safely orally, intravenously, and appropriately only under the direct supervision of a physician.
Antineoplastons are likely unsafe when used in higher doses for a prolonged period of time as this increases the risk of adverse side effects including:
Sore throat
Ringing in the ears
Sleepiness
Fatigue
Headaches
Allergic rashes
Chills
Fever
Abdominal pain
Excessive flatulence
Nausea
Vomiting
Increased amylase
Reduced albumin
Hypokalemia
Hypoglycemia
Finger rigidity
Increased alkaline phosphatase
Eosinophilia
Strong body odor
Since Antineoplastons are commonly used to treat patients with advanced stages of cancer, there is a lack of information if side effects in cancer patients are caused by the antineoplastons or their current illness. Medication Interactions
There are no reported medication interactions for Antineoplastons. Supplement and Food Interactions
There are no reported supplement, herb, or food interactions for Antineoplaston. Dosage
The recommended dosage for Antineoplastons depends on what it is being used for.
For prostate cancer, the recommended dosage is 97-130 mg/kg of Antineoplaston AS2-1 daily taken orally for 64-425 days in combination with 0.01-0.02 mg/kg of diethylstilbestrol daily.
For brain tumor, it is recommended to take intravenous injections of 7.7 gram/kg of antineoplaston A10 daily and 0.36 gram/kg of antineoplastons AS2-1 daily.
For patients with recurring glioma, it is recommended to take intravenous injections of 1.0-11.3 grams/kg of A10 and 0.4 gram/kg of AS2-1 daily for approximately 2 to 6 months. For children with recurrent glioma, the recommended dosage is 0.28 gram/kg of antineoplastons A10 daily and 0.28 gram/kg of AS2-1 taken orally for 19 months.
For primitive neuroectodermal tumor (PNET), it is recommended to use intravenous infusions containing a combination of antineoplaston A10 and AS2-1 for 1.2 to 67 months. The recommended dose of A10 is 10.3 gram/kg daily, and the recommended dose of AS2-1 is 0.38 gram/kg daily. Foods
Antineoplastons are not used or found in foods
Sounds a bit shady to me.
Since the mid-1990s, Burzynski registered some sixty clinical trials of antineoplastons and, in December 2010, a Phase III trial which did not open for patient recruitment. Burzynski has not published full results for any of these.
And
Independent scientists have been unable to reproduce the positive results reported in Burzynski's studies: NCI observed that researchers other than Burzynski and his associates have not been successful in duplicating his results,[20] and Cancer Research UK states that "available scientific evidence does not support claims that antineoplaston therapy is effective in treating or preventing cancer."[27]
I smell BS. He'd be pushing his studies out like mad and people would be advocating for him violently if he was working miracles.
