I looked up the "D-30" weapon and everything I found says that is a RUSSIAN weapon in the RUSSIAN arsenal (not Ukrainian). So did Russia abandon one of their weapons and Asov Battalion got a hold of it or something?
I don't believe for a second that Russia is embedding in civilian neighborhoods firing weapons in the middle of houses, but if this is a "D-30" (Russian) weapon, claiming that it's Ukrainians firing it raises questions, IMO.
Patriot, you are correct. But the Ukraine was part of Russia until 1991. The D30 came out in the early 60's. Meaning the Ukraine would have had the D30 in their arsenal.
Oh, that makes perfect sense. Thanks for explaining that. Was just afraid someone might run with the notion that "Russia is firing cannons at civilians" or something.
