We don't currently have the whole testimony, but obviously she still testified about something. Sounds to me like she and the lawyer decided the best course of action was to bypass the order by going out the window instead of the door.

Judge Merryday has been brutal against the DOD, and actually gives me hope. At this point it's worth saying that I'm in the USAF and have submitted a religious accommodation request, which had yet to be approved or denied, and I've been following this case in all my little fjb mil/fed groups.
