It's an old-style flip phone designed by Mennonites. No data is sent to Google or Apple. The only tracking happening is tower-triangulation that carriers can do, but that's unavoidable for any cell phone, and can be avoided by creative use of sim cards.

If you watch the video, the guy had a phone WITHOUT A SIM CARD AND IN AIRPLANE MODE, and it still tracked him all day. It sent the data to google as soon as he allowed it to connect to Wifi.

True, and that proves what I also realized, that if you don't want google to track you, don't run a smartphone with google services and don't connect to wifi.

I seriously doubt "they" allow any consumer phones to be sold that don't track the user. Your car also connects to cell towers and reports your location and more.
