Yes he was wearing Iron cross tee shirt. I was questioning his choice of clothing than realize it was done on purpose. This is a man who played a piano in a tux with his penis on stage. He goes in front of congress in a tee shirt. Symbolism is everything to these people. He was telling them their army is in deep shit.

It's sort of a hybrid. It's not quite an iron cross, as it has a circle in the middle, but it's also not quite a Maltese cross, as it doesn't have pointed arms. But it appears to be a German imperial eagle in the middle. It's sort of like a German Federal Republic Order Of Merit (emedals.com)
