I am not only gender fluid but also race fluid. When I go for a business loan I am mostly a black she, sometimes also Jewish. When I have to use the restroom and the women's restroom has a long line, I use the men's rest room, but if the men's restroom has a long line or smells, I feel like a women right then and use the women's rest room. At the pool, I always feel like a she, actually lesbian she, so I can use the women's locker room.
