They already fought Russians in Syria. Even after 2014, some jihadists went to the Ukraine to fight Russians there. Many jihadists are from Chechnya, where they tried to establish a caliphate. The Russians helped to throw them out of the country, that's why they are so angry. Some try to sneak back into Chechnya as terrorists, that's why the Chechen army helps Russia to hunt down the Chechen jihadists in Syria and in the Ukraine.

Kamala knows nothing, but the CIA is now actively recruiting for the Ukraine. There are rumors that they have finally found a use for the ISIS terrorists they trained at Al-Tanf (Syrian-Jordanian border), and that they recruit Sunni fighters from Iraq. The CIA is not the only player in this game, Turkey maintains a huge mercenary army too.

Hezbollah and PLO are fighting together with the Russians against the remains of ISIS and against Al-Qaida (now called HTS). The US has allegedly transported some of their ISIS fighters from Al-Tanf into the Ukraine, and the US is recruiting Sunni fighters in Iraq as mercenaries (many ISIS-affiliated), so maybe some Hezbollah would like to fight them in the Ukraine. But if WW III escalates, they will be needed in Syria to stop Israel from becoming Greater Israel, so I doubt that many of them will move.

James Clapper, Peter Strzok, and other deep-staters keep their Iran connections most likely because of the uranium enrichment - there is a ton of money to be made if you deliver and run secret centrifuges near yellow cake sources.

They may pretend to be russians and just kill people around, that could be one more likely use.

Most likely these jihadists are already part of the (((hive mind))), they get their instructions by demons on what to do and what to say
