OMG, he's defiant!! Jussie starts yelling that he's not suicidal..... and if anything happens to him in jail then it's on the court. WOW! Still says he didn't do it. He leaves the court yelling "I'm not suicidal. I'm innocent." WOW.

What the judge said prior to sentencing:

The judge called out Jussie on his hypocrisy. He says Jussie craved the attention and knew social injustices were a hot button. He used his stunt to make himself more famous. Says that although he has a good side to him, he has shown incredible arrogance, selfishness and narcissism. There is nothing worse than a hate crime and says Jussie has done damage to legitimate victims of hate crimes. The Judge talks about this being a premeditated crime -- notes that he went as far as to write a script for the fake hate crime. Judge talked about his high level connections - politicians, media and says he used those connections to amplify this story. Says the harm that occurred to his reputation and career was self inflicted.

Judge considered his prior community service and calls for mercy from Jessie Jackson and others to go a bit easy on him.

Remember when he called himself the Gay Tupac? I'm still laughing at that.

The judge really read him the riot act. I was hopping for more than 150 days in jail. VP Harris and others will want to shut him up. He is scared.

Yeah. Lots of bluster from the judge. I thought at the end he might let him off. At least he got jail time. Cook county is a horrible place.

As for the movie, I;m sure Barack and Michelle are already working on one for Netflix. He's a victim you know.

Patriot, here is the real interesting shout he made in court." leaves the court yelling "I'm not suicidal. I'm innocent." One he is pointing out the DS takes care of lose ends. And remember his close connections to Horizontal Harris.

Well I don't think he's at risk unless he's threatening to tell it was orchestrated by Booker and Harris. Maybe that's what he meant with his outburst. Unless he exposes a bigger conspiracy, he should be somewhat safe in Jail.

BTW, if you've ever watched the TV Show "60 days In", you know what he's going to encounter in Cook County jail. It's set in that facility and the cells are open, and it's dangerous. My bet is that Jussie just wants a hospital room instead of that jail.
