Wow, his attorney is not great. Ooof. His attorney is arguing against prison for Smollett because he might get COVID. And because he's gay he might not get the right treatment. LOL.

5 months jail and and a bunch of months suspended sentence, plus $120K restitution to the police. Judge red him the riot act, but limited the jail time. Somewhat disappointed, but at least he is going to jail. He is very worried about being killed in jail. Probably because this comes back to VP Harris.
