The US Company Metabiota Inc. has been awarded $18.4 million federal contracts under the Pentagon’s DTRA program in Georgia and Ukraine for scientific and technical consulting services.

Metabiota services include global field-based biological threat research, pathogen discovery, outbreak response and clinical trials.

Metabiota Inc. had been contracted by the Pentagon to perform work for DTRA before and during the Ebola crisis in West Africa and was awarded $3.1 million (2012-2015) for work in Sierra Leone – one of the countries at the epicenter of the Ebola outbreak.

Also, that article mentions a lab in Tbilisi - McCain Institute started holding annual meetings there in the 2010's. Kurt Volker, then director of McCain Institiute was present as was PO's pet, Svetlana Zalishchuk - one of the people on the Ukrainian "do not prosecute" list who was rewarded with a seat in the Rada after Yanukovych ousting.

This is part of the PO arm in Ukraine that's rarely talked about. This arm connects to the right via, obviously, McCain, but also Romney. Ties to Arizona State University and one reason AZ election is a mess.

Wow PO'D! That's a whole lot of PO in one post. I had no idea he was involved in the Ukraine till I read that old article. I actually did a search on my own computer for Ukraine. Q said to archive stuff as it would be important down the road.

He was/is every bit as involved as GS - maybe more. Heck, he partnered with USAid to fund the NGO, led by Zalishchuk, that was instrumental in getting the citizens riled against Yanukovych. Sound familiar?
