Define the word Guarantee

What does " Shall Guarantee Protection of Invasion " mean? What does " Shall Guarantee a Republican Form of Government mean? Do we still have these things?

Remember the Constitution is a Contract and you have to make changes accordingly ( example, Proabition and Removal of Proabation ) forgive my spelling issues

not by actions of one removing words and protections with out consent of all parties involved . Judge Judy spoke of this many many times...
