What does the Constitution say?

;) I got it. I spent three years on this Article and Section of the Constitution . I stated this on all platforms we have been on over the starting in 2018 on Reddit .. it is realy close to my heart .. My response came from that as well as we have a lot of Opposition on here and getting more every day.. ( you can laugh at this, I do, ... I have trouble remembering names due to too many explosions )
