Gas jumped over $1.00 in one day,

People are panicking and store shelves are being emptied.

With gas at over 10 bucks a gallon in some places how do farmers plow, plant. and harvest?

How does this effect the quantity of food produced?

How does this effect the price of food?

This is confirmation to those who seen the signs .... To the very day....

I'm not sure about big farms, but they might buy fuel contracts an advance, not sure how long term they might go.

Long time ago south west air bought 10years worth of fuel at the low, just before it shot up. It's part of how they were able to keep rates low.. probably have a diversity hire in the financial planning department now.
