Several papers previously offered here have in fact confirmed it modifies DNA (mRNA technology, not specifically the injections). The liver claim is simply the latest. Given that it can modify DNA, in general, during replication, the claims is can't, hasn't, or won't, is fraudulent. Cancer is the likely outcome of these modifications. As the modification is usually an error during coding.
