That is the aluminum leading edge of the wing NOT the engine cowling. This is hopium retard shit. It appears blue because of the reflection of either the sky and water. Also the AF plane has blue engine cowling that complete surround the engine in BLUE. This shows a clear delineation between the aluminum leading edge of the wing and the white paint on the mid to trailing edge

There used to be busses that were parked at the Eastern edge of the tarmac they have t been there in a year +
