Would not surprise me at all if the DS needed Starlink for their own comms in Ukraine and/or to identify/target Ukrainian Patriots. But I could be entirely wrong.

Awww, thanks - believe me, it's not a rabbit hole you want to go down - has visibly altered my outlook on the world - but we HAVE to go down it. I made another post earlier about ID4D - that is what the Ukrainian Digital Transformation Office is working toward.

And notice how Musk plays it both ways - he makes starlink available when the Globalists request it, then turns around and appeals to Patriots by spouting free speech. The Globalists are MASTERS at this. Overall, Musk is for Musk - he's going to do/say whatever's necessary to stay ingratiated with TPTB. And don't forget - he wants to link your brain to the internet - Neuralink.
