If Trump is indicted, he can't run. That is the whole point of the J6C. And for sure they will "find" a Grand Jury that will indict.

This is why , So a grand Jury indicts.. Trump ends up in SCOTUS who rules in our favor.. then EXPUNGED...

False accused of crimes one didnt commit you can have that expunged that makes it go away.. Meaning : it is no longer remembered by the courts. it was erased for your record... Besides Trump never conceded ...
