Name one court where you are not allowed to bring any facts that you based your actions on? Name one court that allows the Prosecutor to " know the mind" what the Defendant is THINKING ? ( even Judge Judy stopped people doing that in her courtroom ) Knowing this, do you think SCOTUS will allow? They Can't because it condemns themselves...

False accused of crimes one didnt commit you can have that expunged that makes it go away.. Meaning : it is no longer remembered by the courts. it was erased for your record... Besides Trump never conceded ...
