It crossed my mind that the letters O-W-L might refer to some One World group or organization, and the word LEAGUE fit the bill for the L.

So I looked up 'One World League' on Google and found these:

Current Status OWL needs passionate members, and a leader! As a political movement, there’s no limit on who can join and help shape the movement. Are you OWL’s future spokesperson?

Who are they? Their website doesn't appear to give any indication of members, donors, shareholders, etc.

I also found this, which is a thesis written by a man named David Richard Stevens in 2018. It appears that he was involved in creating the group:

Whoever OWL is, they look like a New World Order scheme based on digital IDs to me.

Nice find and interesting that they are putting out their grand scheme under the guise of a "cyberdemocracy" LOL ! When I read "We aim to leverage technology and cybercommunications to reduce corruption and give citizens the voice to truly have their say – through technology we aim to establish true democracy." I cracked up laughing. This is too funny, these New Worlders must really believe that we are that sottish. With cybercommunications and technology, that is exactly how they will rigg everything. There would never be any way to verify anything or expose the cyberfraud, corruption would be rampant and citizens would lose all liberties and freedoms. This is Hitler's dream come true, better yet its the Hunger Games in the making.
