Like others, it gives you some behind the scenes detail, it's good, I'm halfway through it, or more. He likes Trump of course but his judgment of certain actions and statements of Trump should be weighed against what we know is going on behind the scenes (what limited knowledge we do have). For example, there are things where he thinks Trump might have 'misjudged' or certain things where he thinks Trump was somewhat blindsided...I doubt he's got the full picture, if even half the picture.
