Oh, good. Considering he’s never right about anything this is good news.
If we truly hit DEFCON one we are (most likely) being attacked directly with conventional weapons or nuked. Considering there are no Russian soldiers at our border, I don’t think we would hit DEFCON one because we are being attacked directly with conventional weapons.
But, we can rest easy. Like I said, he’s never right about fucking anything.
