No, clearly both black hats and white hats need to communicate through the media by making special secret superspy messages, and the people that write the headlines are in on it! I mean in order for them to get the comms right, someone has to tell them what to say. So they must be in on it, the people that write the articles, the editors, and in every news room there are white hats and black hats to take their orders since both sides seem to communicate through the press.
