It would be something like a "faux limited hang". Where the nature of the information is true but the information itself is false. The nature being that much of the news on Ukraine is propaganda.
So to minimize the impact when it is discovered to be propaganda, and to delay that realization, images like this which can be easily "debonked" are released.
