Patriot, it is a photo from 2018. I came across that information later. They could easily obtain real photos if what they claim is true. This makes me suspect Ukraine capitulated and all that is happening are arrests , and under Martial Law
Reminds me of them using that dead drowned Syrian boy to open the flood gates. If I recall they even moved his body to get a better shot.
