It's a congressmen threatening citizens, thats exactly what it is, by any other name.
if they seize your truck plant a bomb on it and blow it up in a easter parade will the truck owner be liable or the truck driver? certainly seems like the perfect recipe for a false flag
Patriot, this piece crap never had a job in the private sector.
And while they're at it I'm sure they'll redistribute them to "underprivileged minorities".
And if thise minorities aren't properly licensed, they'll be allowed assistance to obtain commercial licenses. Of course, if their failure rate exceeds that of the privileged it points towards systemic racism and therefore their grades will be adjusted.
Should make for some interesting driving conditions in the near future.
