Pence had been on on FOX saying he had no right to overturn the 2020 election. He’s right… but what he and Trump did do was GENIUS! egarding Arizona and the Bill to decertify, Brnovich is investigating election fraud...what does fraud do? Vitiate? Who declares that for Arizona? Arizona AG Brnovich? But, only after what happens? Durham? Remember, the US AG, or his designee is the only one with authority to go to SCOTUS with election fraud (fraud committed by public officials). SCOTUS decertifies. Then the states. The Secretary of State (Katie Hobbs) certified Arizona. This Bill says fraud vitiates and therefore allows the legislature to take back the power and recertify. BUT, don't jump the gun here, Neither Durham nor Brnovich have spoken yet. Reps are claiming their authority based on the audit activity outside the legal review. Trump said "Durham is doing one of the most important jobs being done in America right now" Notice how Trump ties Durham's Russia probe to election fraud... this is huge, he knows the size and scope of Durham's probe turned prosecution, a full year after leaving office, and AFTER the election!
