YUP she did! After going through more then 4000 pages of FOIA information, I found the following.

Espionage case against HRC emails was opened in Jul 2015 (hint, counterintelligence/counter terrorism case require the president be briefed... so, Obama knew)

In Sep 2015, State Department IG Steve Linick receives doc preservation notice from Charles Kamble... (you remember him, he was fired in May 2020 with a lot of fanfare... now you know part of the reason why. Now think CIA analyst Eric Ciaramella).

Then SHTF. The WFO team is changed out, Strzok is brought in and Crossfire Hurricane was born.

Ratcliffe recently said that he, Durham and Bill Barr also think the Cross Fire Hurricane did NOT have proper predicate. This of course conflicts with IG Horrowitz who said it did.......
