Despite all the interest devolution and the chatter about it, and Patel Patriot's excellent series on it, you'd be shocked at how many people don't grasp what devolution actually is.

Devolution is an interim military government managing the crisis or national emergency behind the scenes while there is no real sitting President in power. The previous President, before stepping down, gives standing orders to the military and establishes the conditions for removing those standing orders. The President writes PEADs for the agencies to follow during the crisis/nat'l emergency and establishes the conditions under which the national emergency can end and then someone else can then step into the Presidency and assume full control of it. THIS IS WHAT THOMAS WICTOR and PATEL PATRIOT HAS BEEN EXPLAINING TO EVERYBODY FOR GOING ON 2 YEARS NOW.

So the first thing I ask people when they want to talk devolution with me, I ask them: "Who's President right now?" If they say either Donald J. Trump or Joe Biden, I change subject. I'm not interested in discussing a subject that's been exhaustively discussed for 2 years where the person who wants to talk about it doesn't even understand the first basic fact of the subject: for devolution to be happening, you can't have a President in power.

Most of what you think you've been watching isn't real. Like the Afghanistan pullout where we left all that weaponry behind for the Taliban. Remember the huge bloodbath that was supposed to unfold? Where is it? All the trapped Americans that were supposed to be executed or paraded around on video? What happened to that? It's been more than six months. Trump did a deal to topple the unbelievably corrupt globalist-backed Afghan gov't, to let the Taliban drive it out of power and replace it. The new Afghan govt' needed military equipment. We gave it to them as part of the deal. But they couldn't do any of this openly because otherwise the CCP and the WEF would've blown it up. There's the disinformation campaign you're shown and then there's what really happened. Nothing of what you were being told about the Afghan pullout made any sense because it was all a disinformation campaign to shield what was really happening. Same with the supply chain woes. None of the excuses proffered for it make any sense. Not enough trucks! Not enough cranes! Covid restrictions! Hey it was this or a full out frontal assault invasion of China and nuclear exchanges where a couple hundred million people die. But war is not done that way any more. It's not done out in the open getting bogged down in a land war in Asia. I don't care if you don't believe me about this. I can wait to be right.

There's a reason there's been concentrated military intelligence campaign for the past year and a half to sell the world on the idea the American military is a bunch of clueless, worthless, dickless, woke effeminate losers. Milley is a sad clown, our military is a joke, etc etc. And the disinfo campaign works. Nobody questions it. It's a necessary evil in order to avoid a full scale land invasion of a country that attacked us with a virus. Doesn't matter if you don't agree with the strategy. This is what is happening.

"What about the border?" That's one of the things Trump fixed before he left. Every single illegal that came in that applies for any kind of federal assistance whatsoever will show up in the federal records. When Trump comes back, they are all tracked down using the federal records for the federal assistance they were getting. And then they're deported.

I can live with letting a few million illegals into the country that can all be rounded up and deported later using federal records because the alternative would've been to invade China and occupy it, and how much of the American public would've supported a land war in Asia? Everything is a trade off.

And like Patel, I can fearlessly talk about all of this in public because to the MSM and Fake News and people like Mike Rothschild, I'm just a lunatic spouting the 'QAnon' conspiracy theory'. Nobody who could actually do any investigating to uncover anything that's actually happening will do that. They've all fallen for the disinformation. It's what makes it all so brilliant. I can 'give it all away' because the Fake News will just mock everything I'm saying and discount it. They've psychologically programmed themselves to reject the Truth. That's why disinfo campaigns are ruthlessly effective on these people.

I like Brian and all.....but forgive me for not believing everything he says. He's the same guy who told us that Mueller was a patriot because he's a Marine and anyone that questioned Brian was an idiot. Someone should remind him of this......

I got a feeling a lot of actors in this movie played a role we never noticed.

Well, normally I would agree with you, but recently I read some comments here and elsewhere that have done a fairly decent job of at least opening the door that perhaps Mueller is part of the operation.

I mean if you think about it, if he wore a white hat, he would’ve played his role perfectly. Set up that long investigation just to embarrass himself on live television and discredit the entire investigation.

I mean I’ve seen him look a lot more coherent in public appearances after that, like a different guy altogether. Look, you all know I’m pretty skeptical about a lot of stuff, I put my money on devolution and the Durham investigation, and most of the rest of it is paranoid schizophrenia. That’s just my opinion, don’t mean to offend. But, if Mueller were a white hat, he would’ve played his role perfectly.

Hell, I still think Mike Pence might’ve had a role to play in all of this. If we really needed Trump out of office in order to wake people up and for everything to go to hell in a handbasket the way that it has for a purpose, not because of failure but for a purpose, then he couldn’t have done what we wanted him to do on that fateful day. He needed to go along with the plan.

Further, if he had done what we wanted him to do, there would’ve been nothing to stop Democrats from doing that anytime they wanted to by making up false election rigging charges after any Republican won office. He would’ve opened the door, set the precedent, for people like Nancy Pelosi and her ilk to pull the same“maneuver” to keep a Republican out of office, with the media and the intelligence agencies on her side.

Let’s face it, if this stuff is real, and I’m starting to come around after believing 100% early on and drifting away, then there are going to be - by necessity- a lot of people who “let us down” in public, who are doing their job in private.
