Exactly, because they think they're anonymous, that they're operating within their rights, and none of them have been prosecuted yet.
Once true justice starts yanking these thug-coppers from their ranks, and they start, of course, dime-ing each other out for plea deals, watch how these public servants change their tune.
The good news is there is still plenty of time for cops within their ranks to stand up for what's right and refuse to be a part of what they know is bs.
