I am a student of Military History, most NCO's are ( Non Commissioned Officer ) They are important to learn and learn to identify them. ( yes this means replacing the word ground with situations talking ground ( when to talk, make friends, allies etc etc etc ), danger ground ( be aware of your situation and where you are and try to leave if possible) , death ground( sometimes you can't walk away a man has to stand up), walking ground ( when to walk away) etc etc
