Newport Beach, CA Sure Does Have a Lot of Helicopter Crashes For Such a Small Area.............Latest One Occurred Yesterday Evening (www.ocregister.com)

What doesn't make sense to me is that they sent a helicopter to investigate a reported "fight" in Newport Beach. Newport Police cars could get there faster -- and the helicopter was from Huntington Beach not Newport. Hmmm...... Remember this is Newport -- folks there's not much crime there.

Kobe Bryant's helicopter departed from OC's John Wayne Airport (adjacent to Newport Beach where Kobe and his wife lived).
