Not sure about this one yet. DC is full of contracting firms. We need to find out more info on Lisa Hook. Ah, here are some clues:

  • Served on Time Warner BOD
  • Served on NPR board of Directors (and served on other non-profits)
  • Is an attorney - from Penn State

So how does an attorney become an IT specialist. That makes NO sense.
